we started with Yabisoon's salad
rocket leaves + cherry tomato's+ pine nuts +walnuts + parmesan cheese and homemade salad dressing (i think its made of olive oil, balsamic vingear, salt and pepper).. it was a refreshing starter,, i had waitrose's apple and raspeberry juice (highly recommended) and ma friends helped themselves with orinamin C.
then we had my mum's grilled shrimps.
shrimps marinated with a green paste that consists of parsely, corriander, garlic, ginger, lime, salt and pepper... my friends loooooved it..
i mixed mayo with ketchup and tabasco.. shelled the shrimpa then dip it and yuuuuummm...
Sooda just could not stop eating.. =p
and for dessert,, i made cheesecake with ready made blackcurrent topping
the recipe of this cheesecake is easy..
the biscuit base: digestive biscuit and melted butter.
filling:
-500g of cream cheese
-450g of sour cream
-3 eggs
-1 cup of sugar
-vanilla essence
-3 tsp of cornflour.
mix all together, then u bake it for 40 min.. then 5 hours in the fridge..
and enjoy... =D
